浸润性乳腺癌彩色多普勒超声影像学表现与病理结果的对照分析

摘　　要：目的分析浸润性乳腺癌彩色多普勒超声影像学表现与病理结果的关系。方法收集经病理检查确诊的81例浸润性乳腺癌患者,观察患者超声图像,以病理检查结果为标准,计算彩色多普勒超声对浸润性乳腺癌的检出情况;收集患者临床资料,了解超声图像评分与患者临床特征之间的关系。结果彩色多普勒超声对浸润性乳腺癌的总检出率为92.59%。超声成像评分≤3分23例,﹥3分58例。超声成像评分﹥3分中组织学分级为低分化、病理类型为浸润性导管癌、有淋巴结转移、有脉管侵犯、Ki-67阳性患者所占比例分别明显高于≤3分患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论浸润性乳腺癌彩色多普勒超声影像学表现与其临床特征存在一定的联系,对预测浸润性乳腺癌生物学特征有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the color Doppler ultrasound imaging manifestations of invasive breast cancer and the relationship with pathology.Method A total of 81 cases of invasive breast cancer confirmed by pathological examination were collected.The detection of invasive breast cancer by color Doppler ultrasound was calculated based on the results of the pathological examination;the clinical data of patients was collected to understand the relationship between the scores of ultrasound characteristics and the clinical characteristics.Result The detection rate of color Doppler ultrasound for invasive breast cancer was 92.59%;there were 23 cases with ultrasonography scores≤3 points;58 cases>3points;the proportion of patients with poor differentiation of histology grade,invasive ductal carcinoma of pathology type,lymphatic metastasis,vascular invasion and positive Ki-67 in cases with ultrasonography scores>3 points than those≤3 points(P<0.01).Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound imaging manifestations of invasive breast cancer and its clinical manifestations are related,and have certain clinical value in predicting the biological characteristics of invasive breast cancer.
