摘  要:针对缩短复杂刀具设计周期和提高设计效率的问题,本文提出基于ISO13399标准的刀具标准化建模思想,提出用关系表达式构建刀具快速参数化建模方法。以Python语言编写内核程序作为开发设计平台的底层语言,使用PyQt5搭建刀具参数化建模平台。不运行UG软件主界面自动完成后台运算,实现刀具的参数化建模,生成符合ISO13399标准的二维图纸和三维模型,并实现模型的云存储功能。以变螺距变螺旋高效整体立铣刀设计为例,使用参数化建模平台建模比常规建模效率提升90%。To solve the problem of shortening the design cycle of complex tools and improving the design efficiency,the tool standardized modeling idea is put forward based on ISO13399,and tool fast parametric modeling is constructed by relationship expression.The core program written by Python is used as the bottom language of the development and design platform,and the tool parametric modeling platform is built by PyQt5.Without UG software,the background calculation is automatically completed,the tool parametric modeling process is completed,the 2D drawings and 3D model based on ISO13399 are generated,and the cloud storage function of the model is realized.Taking the design of high-efficiency integral end milling tool with variable pitch and helix as an example,the efficiency of modeling with parametric modeling platform is 90%higher than that of conventional modeling.
