摘　　要：目的探讨长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)RP5-940J5.9在肝细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR检测lncRNA RP5-940J5.9在肿瘤组织中的表达水平;采用卡方检验分析lncRNA RP5-940J5.9表达与肝癌临床生理病理特征的关系;采用kaplan-meier曲线研究lncRNA RP5-940J5.9表达对肝癌患者生存期的影响。结果lncRNA RP5-940J5.9在肝癌组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.001)。lncRNA RP5-940J 5.9的表达与肿瘤数目、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05)。此外,lncRNA RP5-940J5.9高表达的肝癌患者无病生存期(DFS)和总生存期(OS)明显较低(P<0.001)。结论lncRNA RP5-940J5.9可能参与肝癌的发生发展,可作为肝癌患者的临床生物标志物和治疗靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)RP5-940J5.9 in hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods The expression level of lncRNA RP5-940J5.9 in tumor tissue was determined by RT-PCR,relationship between the expression of lncRNA RP5-940J5.9 and the clinical physiopathathological characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma was analyzed by Chi-square test,and the effect of lncRNA RP5-940J5.9 expression on survival of hepatocellular carcinoma patients was researched by kaplan-meier curve.Results The expression of lncRNA RP5-940J5.9 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.001).The expression of lncRNA RP5-940J5.9 was correlated with tumor number,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P<0.05).In addition,patients with lncRNA RP5-940J5.9 overexpression had significantly lower disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)(P<0.001).Conclusion lncRNA RP5-940J5.9 may be involved in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma,and can be used as clinical biomarker and therapeutic target for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
