摘  要:在“新工科”背景下,如何实现深度、高效的产教融合,是应用型本科高校急需解决的问题。针对应用型本科产教融合面临的问题,借鉴国内外校企合作及协和学院工科专业的教学改革经验,提出对接产业需求优化课程体系、链条式培育、校企协作共建实践平台等产教融合人才培养新举措,以提升新工科应用型人才培养效果。Under the background of new engineering,how to achieve deep and efficient integration of industry and education is an urgent problem for application-oriented universities.In view of the problems faced by the integration of industry and education of application-oriented universities,this paper uses the teaching reform experience of domestic and foreign school-enterprise cooperation and the engineering specialty of Concord University College for reference,and puts forward some new measures for the cultivation of industry and education talents,such as optimizing the curriculum system according to the industrial demand,chain type cultivation,and school-enterprise cooperatively building a practice platform,so as to improve the effect of the cultivation of new engineering application-oriented talents.
