摘  要:为了解黄芩苷、黄芩素、秦皮甲素的体外抑菌效果,采用滤纸片法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC),并对处理温度和pH对抑菌活性的影响进行研究.结果表明,黄芩素对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果最好.温度对黄芩苷的活性影响不大,黄芩素和秦皮甲素发抑菌效果受温度影响较大.黄芩苷、黄芩素、秦皮甲素的最适的抑菌酸碱度(pH)分别为4~5、6、8~9.To study the antibacterial effect of baicalin,baicalein and aesculetin a-in-vitro,the filter paper method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC),and the effects of treatment temperature and pH on antibacterial activity were studied.The results show that baicalin has the best antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Temperature has little effect on the activity of baicalin,and the antibacterial effect of baicalin and aesculin is greatly affected by temperature.The optimum antibacterial pH of baicalin,baicalin and aesculin is(pH)4~5,6 and 8~9 respectively.
