摘　　要：目的比较Reciproc-blue镍钛根管锉与ProTaper镍钛根管锉在弯曲根管预备中的临床效果。方法选择2018年1—6月于天津市南开大学附属医院口腔科就诊的160例慢性根尖周炎患者(160颗患牙)作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组83例慢性根尖周炎患者(83颗患牙)和试验组77例慢性根尖周炎患者(77颗患牙)。对照组采用ProTaper镍钛根管锉,试验组采用Reciproc-blue镍钛根管锉,比较两组根管预备时间、根管台阶形成及器械折断发生情况、根管充填效果。结果试验组根管预备时间短于对照组,根管台阶形成及器械折断发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组根管充填效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Reciproc-blue镍钛根管锉在弯曲根管预备中的临床效果较好,能够缩短根管预备时间,减少根管台阶形成及器械折断发生情况,保障临床根管预备的有效性及安全性。Objective The clinical effect of Reciproc-blue nickel-titanium root canal file and ProTaper nickel-titanium root canal file in the preparation of curved root canals was compared.Methods A total of 160 patients with chronic apical periodontitis(including 160 affected teeth)who were treated in the Department of Stomatology,The Affiliated Hospital of Nankai University,Tianjin,from January to June 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group including 83 patients with chronic apical periodontitis(83 affected teeth)and an experiment group including 77 patients with chronic apical periodontitis(77 affected teeth)according to the random number table method.The ProTaper nickel-titanium root canal file was used in the control group,while the Reciproc-blue nickel-titanium root canal file was used in the experiment group.The root canal preparation time,the occurrence of root canal step formation and instrument breakage,and the root canal filling effects were compared between the two groups.Results The root canal preparation time in the experiment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of root canal step formation and instrument breakage were both lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in root canal filling effect in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The Reciproc-blue nickel-titanium root canal file has a good clinical effect in the preparation of curved root canals,which can shorten the root canal preparation time,reduce the formation of root canal step and the occurrence of instrument breakage,and ensure the effectiveness and safety of clinical root canal preparation.
