摘 要:目的比较埋线法和切开法两种重睑成形术后眼表功能。方法前瞻性病例对照研究。纳入大庆油田总医院2019年12月至2020年7月行重睑成形术者30例(60眼),患者随机分为埋线组和切开组,每组15例(30眼),对两组患者术后的眼表功能进行比较。结果埋线法和切开法两组术后眼表疾病指数(OSDI)问卷调查、泪液测试及Keratograph 5M非侵入性眼表综合分析仪检测均与术前相比差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),不同重睑成形术后3个月OSDI问卷量表调查(P=0.013),术后1周(P=0.010)、1个月(P=0.032)泪膜破裂时间,术后1个月(P<0.001)角膜荧光染色、术后3个月(P=0.043)泪河高度埋线法与切开法重睑成形差异有统计学意义。结论重睑成形术埋线法较切开法对眼表功能的影响更小,手术时间短,术后反应小。Objective To compare the postoperative ocular surface function between two kinds of double eyelid operation.Methods Prospective case control study.Total of 60 eyes of 30 patients who accepted embedding double eyelid operation or incision method double eyelid operation from Dec.2019 to Jul.2020 in Daqing Oil Field General Hospital were included.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:The ocular surface function between the embedding group and the incision group,30 eyes of 15 cases were in each groups.The two groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in preoperative and postoperative ocular surface disease index(OSDI)questionnaire survey,tear test and Keratograph 5M non-invasive ocular surface analyzer between the embedding group and the incision group(all P<0.05).The OSDI questionnaire survey(P=0.013)at 3 months postoperatively,noninvasive breakup time(NIBUT)at 1 week(P=0.010),1 month(P=0.032)postoperatively,fluorescence staining(FL)at 1 month(P<0.001)postoperatively and tear meniscus height(TMH)at 3 months(P=0.043)postoperatively were statistically significant between the embedding group and the incision group of the different double eyelid operation.Conclusion Double eyelid operation of embedding has a less impact on postoperative ocular surface function than incision method,shorter operation time and less postoperative reaction.
