摘　　要：圆锥角膜的传统治疗方式包括早期至中期通过配戴框架眼镜、隐形眼镜或角膜基质环植入术以矫正视力, 晚期进行角膜移植术。18岁之前儿童圆锥角膜的病情较成人更严重。对儿童圆锥角膜及早诊断和治疗可以有效改善其生活质量, 延缓角膜移植术的时间。角膜交联是阻止或延缓该疾病进展的有效手段, 近年来广泛应用于儿童圆锥角膜。本文对儿童圆锥角膜常见的角膜交联治疗方案进行综述, 评估其手术效果, 为儿童圆锥角膜的治疗提供参考。Traditional management of keratoconus consists of visual rehabilitation by means of spectacles,contact lenses and intrastromal corneal ring segments for early to moderate stages and keratoplasty in advanced stages.Before the age of 18,the condition of keratoconus in pediatric is more severe than that in adults patients.Early diagnosis and treatment of keratoconus in children can effectively improve their quality of life and prolong the time of keratoplasty.Corneal cross-linking is an effective means to prevent or delay the progression of the disease,and it has been widely used in pediatric keratoconus in recent years.This article reviewed the commonly used corneal cross-linking treatment methods for pediatric keratoconus,and evaluated the effect of corneal cross-linking,so as to provide reference for the treatment of keratoconus in children.
