小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。方法98例硬核白内障患者,按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组与对照组,每组49例。对照组患者采用常规手术治疗,观察组患者采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗。比较两组治疗前后散光度、视力变化及术后并发症发生情况、临床疗效、治疗后的VAS评分。结果治疗后,观察组散光度低于对照组,视力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率4.08%低于对照组的18.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率97.96%高于对照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分(2.01±0.67)分低于对照组的(3.45±1.02)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果好,能有效改善角膜散光度,提高患者的视力水平,且治疗后患者VAS评分低,并发症发生率低,安全性更好,患者接受度更高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect and visual analogue scale(VAS)score of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract.Methods A total of 98 patients with hard nuclear cataract were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 49 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery,and patients in the observation group were treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery.The astigmatism and visual acuity changes before and after treatment,postoperative complications,clinical efficacy,and VAS scores after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the astigmatism of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the visual acuity was higher than that of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rates in the observation group was 4.08%,which was lower than 18.37% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.96%,which was higher than 85.71%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was(2.01±0.67)points,which was lower than(3.45±1.02)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery has good clinical effect in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract,and can effectively improve corneal astigmatism,improve visual acuity.It has low VAS score,low complication rates and better safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
