氢氧化钙直接盖髓术和间接盖髓术治疗牙髓疾病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析氢氧化钙直接盖髓术和间接盖髓术治疗牙髓疾病的临床效果。方法200例(200颗牙)牙髓疾病患者,依据手术方法不同分为实验组和参照组,各100例(100颗牙)。实验组患者采用氢氧化钙间接盖髓术治疗,参照组患者采用氢氧化钙直接盖髓术治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度及满意度。结果实验组患者治疗成功率93.0%(93/100)显著高于参照组的77.0%(77/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者疼痛程度优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者满意度97.0%(97/100)显著高于参照组的77.0%(77/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氢氧化钙间接盖髓术治疗牙髓疾病的临床效果较直接盖髓术好,其疼痛程度更轻,患者满意度更高,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of calcium hydroxide direct pulp capping and indirect pulp capping in the treatment of dental pulp diseases.Methods A total of 200 patients(200 teeth)with dental pulp disease were divided into experimental group and reference group according to different surgical methods,each with 100 cases(100 teeth).Patients in the experimental group were treated with calcium hydroxide indirect pulp capping,and patients in the control group were treated with calcium hydroxide direct pulp capping.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment success rate in the experimental group was 93.0%(93/100),which was significantly higher than 77.0%(77/100)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.0%(97/100),which was significantly higher than 77.0%(77/100)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of calcium hydroxide indirect pulp capping is better than that of direct pulp capping in the treatment of dental pulp disease,with less pain and higher patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
