神经节苷脂联合康复训练在小儿脑瘫康复治疗中的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨神经节苷脂联合康复训练在小儿脑瘫(脑性瘫痪)康复治疗中的临床效果。方法80例小儿脑瘫患儿,根据双盲法随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组给予康复训练,观察组采取神经节苷脂联合康复训练。比较两组治疗前后的粗大运动功能评分、日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分、治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组粗大运动功能评分(156.05±11.23)分、ADL评分(76.21±0.93)分均高于对照组的(126.32±5.03)、(56.13±1.74)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿脑瘫患儿采取神经节苷脂联合康复训练效果确切,可有效改善小儿的粗大运动功能和生活能力,提高治疗效果,是一种有效的联合治疗方案,值得推广和应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of gangliosides combined with rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 80 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training,while the observation group received ganglioside treatment and rehabilitation training.The gross motor function assessment score and activities of daily living(ADL)score before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the gross motor function assessment score(156.05±11.23)points and ADL score(76.21±0.93)points in the observation group were higher than(126.32±5.03)and(56.13±1.74)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganglioside combined rehabilitation training has definite effect on children with cerebral palsy,which can effectively improve the gross motor function and activities of daily living of children,and improve the therapeutic effect.It is an effective combined treatment plan,and is worthy of promotion and application.
