摘 要:为了揭示白羽绿头鸭胸肌和腿肌生长发育规律,本研究选取白羽绿头公鸭胸肌和腿肌重以及两种肌肉的总重量作为研究对象通过Gemportz、Logistic及Von Bertalandffy 3种常见的生长发育模型进行生长发育曲线拟合分析,并通过曲线图将研究对象的生长发育规律可视化。分析结果显示,白羽绿头鸭胸肌和腿肌重量在生长发育前期和后期具有极显著性差异,白羽绿头公鸭胸肌和腿肌重以及两种肌肉总重的最优拟合模型分别为Gemportz、Logistic和Von Bertalandffy;其拟合优度评价指标R2分别为0.997、0.937和0.992;曲线拟合度较高,胸肌重、腿肌重以及两种肌肉总重的拐点日龄分别为46.06、23.6和84.35日龄,相应最大日增重分别为2.07g、1.17g和1.06g。经过对研究对象生长速率的研究发现,白羽绿头鸭胸肌和腿肌重及两种肌肉总重量的发育都呈现先增高达到峰值后逐渐下降,其各自生长速率达到高峰的日龄范围为70、21和28日龄左右,同时腿肌的发育早于胸肌,但在生长后期胸肌的生长速率高于腿肌的生长速率。本研究探索对白羽绿头公鸭胸肌、腿肌的生长发育规律,对其生长规律进行建模,为后续白羽绿头鸭分子育种提供方向及奠定基础。In order to reveal the growth and development of breast muscles and leg muscles of White-feathered Mallards,the weight of breast muscles,leg muscles and two kinds of muscles of White-feathered Mallards were selected as the research objects.Three common growth and development models,Gemportz,Logistic and Von Bertalandffy were used to carry out the growth and development curve fitting analysis of the research object,and the growth and development rules of the research objects were visualized through the curve graph.The results showed that the weight of breast muscles and leg muscles were significantly different in the early and late stages of the development.The optimal fitting models for breast muscles and leg muscles and the total weight of the two kinds of muscles were Gemportz,Logistic and Von Bertalandffy,respectively;The goodness of fit evaluation index R2 was 0.997,0.937 and 0.992,respectively;The curve fitting degree was high.The inflection points of weights for breast muscles and leg muscles and the total muscle of the two kinds of muscles were 46.06,23.6 and 84.35 day-age,and the corresponding maximum daily gain was 2.07 g,1.17 g and 1.06 g,respectively.Through the study of the growth rates of the subjects,it was found that the development of breast muscles,leg muscles and the total weight of the two kinds of muscles increased firstly,reached the peak and then decreased gradually.The corresponding growth rates reached their peaks at about 70.21 and 28 days of age,and the development periods of the leg muscles are earlier than that of the breast muscles,but the growth rates of the breast muscles was higher than that of the leg muscles in the late growth periods.In this study,the growth and development rules of breast muscles and leg muscles of White-feathered Mallards were explored,and their growth rules were modeled,so as to provide the direction and lay the foundation for the subsequent molecular breeding of White-feathered Mallards.
