摘 要:目的了解初诊宫颈癌患者主要照护者对疾病的认知和健康教育需求,为制定并实施有效的健康教育提供参考。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究方法对11例初诊宫颈癌患者主要照护者进行半结构式深入访谈,资料运用Nvivo 12软件,采用Colaizzi7步分析法进行整理归纳,提炼主题。结果共提炼出3个主题,健康素养水平较低、主动获取疾病知识的能力局限和健康教育需求多元化。结论护理人员应及时、充分了解其需求状况,针对性提供专业化、个体化、精准化的健康指导,满足疾病管理相关支持,提高主要照护者及患者生活质量。Objective To understand the disease cognition and potential health education needs of primary caregivers of patient with first diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods We conducted semi-structured interviews with primary caregivers(n=11)of patients who recently diagnosed with cervical cancer to elicit information.Main themes were identified using Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results Three key themes were identified with branching themes within each:limited health literacy,low accessibility of disease knowledge,diversified health education needs.Conclusion The health education should be designed on a full understanding of potential needs and preferences of caregivers,so as to provide precision health education and support to improve the quality of life of caregivers and patients.
