摘 要:为了提高旋回破碎机的生产率,提出了一种新型动锥衬套,在动锥衬套表面分布球形凸起。经过理论分析,确定了球形凸起的结构参数以及分布参数,并以某旋回破碎机为算例,建立三维模型,采用离散元分析软件EDEM进行仿真分析验证。验证结果表明,装有新型衬套的旋回破碎机生产率较改进前提高了20%,破碎力提高了2.1倍。In order to improve the productivity of the gyratory crusher,a new-type mantle for the moving cone was proposed,whose surface was coated with spherical protrusions.After theoretical analysis,the structural parameters and the distribution parameters of the spherical protrusions were identified.A certain gyratory crusher being taken as the example,3D model was built,and the discrete element analysis software EDEM was applied to carry out simulation analysis and verification.The results showed the gyratory crusher with the new-type mantle improved by 20%in productivity than before,and its crushing force increased by 2.1 times.
