摘  要:新时代强国战略需要大量现代工匠为中国特色社会主义现代化建设注入充沛动力。从关键要素、时代背景、目标导向、驱动力量等方面审视,技能社会建设、现代工匠培养与现代职业教育之间具有内在的逻辑关联。从参与主体看,政府部门、职业教育、市场组织、社会力量等四个参与侧可组成现代工匠培养的"四面体通道"式系统性逻辑框架。作为现代工匠培养系统性工程中的重要一环,职业教育侧应该面向技能社会建设和产业工人技能形成过程,加快推进供给侧结构性改革,优化人才培养功能目标和层次定位,在具体的行动路线选择上要着力深化人才培养模式改革、深化工匠精神有效融入、深化产教融合协同发展、深化书证融通制度实施、深化国家资历框架建设、深化协同联动机制建设、深化社会政策支持建构等。The strategy of strengthening the country in the new era requires a large number of modern artisans to inject sufficient power into the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.On the one hand,from the perspective of key elements,era background,goal orientation and driving force,there is an internal logical relationship between the construction of a powerful country with skills,the cultivation of modern craftsman and modern vocational education.On the other hand,from the perspective of the participants,the government departments,vocational education,market organizations and social forces can form a"tetrahedral channel"type systematic logical framework of modern craftsman training.As an important part of the systematic project of modern craftsman training,vocational education side should face the construction of a skilled society and the formation process of industrial workers’skills,speed up the supply side structural reform,optimize the functional objectives and level positioning of talent training.In the specific choice of action route,it is pointed out that we should deepen the reform of talent training mode,deepen the effective integration of artisans spirit,deepen the collaborative development of industry-education integration,deepen the implementation of documentary evidence integration system,deepen the construction of national qualification framework,deepen the construction of collaborative linkage mechanism,deepen the construction of the system,and deepen the construction of social policy support.
