摘　　要：“岗课赛证”是职业院校对接行业需求开发的一种创新的人才培养模式。通过不断深化与重点企业之间的合作,结合工作岗位开设对应课程,在课程中融入技能大赛考核标准,获取相应的职业证书,逐步实现关务与外贸服务专业基于校企合作的“岗课赛证”人才培养模式,有效探索了校企深度合作一体化培养人才的途径,实现校企双方互赢。“Position,course,competition and certificate”is an innovative talent training mode that is developed by vocational colleges for meeting the industrial demand. Through deepening the cooperation with the leading industries,setting courses based on corresponding positions,integrating contest skills into courses,and obtaining the corresponding vocational certificates,this kind of talent training mode is gradually achieved,which is an effective way to explore the cooperation and integration of colleges and enterprises,so as to achieve a win-win situation between them.
