摘　　要：目的:评价不同根管充填系统对牙根抗折性能的影响。方法:计算机检索数据库中关于不同根管充填系统对牙根抗折性能影响的随机对照实验,检索时限从建库至2021年1月,采用ADDIS 1.16.6和Stata 15.1软件进行网状分析。结果:共纳入26篇文献,包含1330颗离体牙。网状Meta分析结果显示:与阳性对照组比较,侧方加压法+牙胶尖/AH糊剂[MD=102.08,95%CI(37.46,167.56)]、侧方加压法+Resilon[MD=213.09,95%CI(136.06,291.56)]和垂直加压法+Resilon[MD=170.94,95%CI(1.64,339.74)]充填根管后对牙根的抗折性影响较小(P<0.05)。结论:从牙根抗折性方面考虑,侧方加压法+Resilon充填系统性能最佳,垂直加压法+Resilon充填系统也是较为理想的方式。Objective:To compare different root canal filling systems on fracture resistance.Methods:We searched databases to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)comparing different root filling methods by January 2021.The network meta-analysis was performed using ADDIS 1.16.6 and Stata 15.1 software.Results:Twenty-six RCTs with a total sample value of 1330 teeth were included.The result of the network meta-analysis showed that compared with the positive control group,the root fracture resistance of LCM+GP/AH sealer(MD=102.08,95%CI 37.46 to 167.56),LCM+Resilon(MD=213.09,95%CI 136.06 to 291.56)and VCM+Resilon(MD=170.94,95%CI 1.64 to 339.74)had less effect on the fracture resistance(P<0.05).Conclusion:LCM+Resilon filling system performed best in terms of root fracture resistance,and VCM+Resilon filling system was also an ideal method.
