摘　　要：手术室作为手术治疗的主要场所,其护理质量与手术的顺利实施和效果均有密切联系。整个围术期的护理质量受到很多因素的影响,若护理不当可能会导致医患不良事件的发生,从而引起医患纠纷。近年来,伴随医疗改革的不断推进,常规的手术室护理已经无法满足手术患者的护理需求,临床研究发现在手术室护理中也越来越强调安全护理。在安全护理理念的指导下,护理工作应以患者为中心,不仅要重视患者的生理护理,也要重视心理护理,扩大手术室护理内容和范围,促进手术室护理的完整性、连续性、系统性及安全性的提升。本文从手术室护理呈现的问题为出发点,分析手术室的风险因素,并对手术室安全护理措施进展进行综述,为手术室安全护理质量提升提供借鉴,保证手术治疗的顺利进行,提升手术效果。As the main place of surgical treatment,the quality of nursing in operating room has a direct impact on the smooth implementation and effect of operation.The quality of nursing in the whole perioperative period is affected by many factors.If nursing is not appropriate,it may lead to adverse events and disputes between doctors and patients.In recent years,with the continuous promotion of medical reform,conventional operating room nursing has been unable to meet the nursing needs of surgical patients.Clinical research has found that safety nursing is increasingly emphasized in operating room nursing.Under the guidance of the concept of safety nursing,nursing work should be patient-centered.We should not only pay attention to patients’ physiological nursing,but also psychological nursing,expanding the content and scope of operating room nursing,to promote the improvement of the integrity,continuity,systematicness and safety of operating room nursing.This article takes the operating room nursing problems presented as the starting point,analyzes the operating room risk factors,and summarizes the progress of safety nursing measures in operating room,so as to provide reference for the improvement of safety nursing quality in operating room,ensure the smooth progress of surgical treatment and improve the effect of operation.
