摘  要:通过纳米载体技术将高浓度水杨酸进行包载制备成纳米乳,对其理化性质、稳定性、体外释放行为、安全性及抑菌活性进行评价。所制备水杨酸纳米乳形态均一、平均粒径为21.4nm,多分散系数(polydispersity, PDI)为0.107,载药量为30.0%,包封率为83.7%;在不同条件稳定性考察30d后,外观及平均粒径、PDI未发生明显变化,显示纳米乳稳定性良好;体外释放实验显示,水杨酸纳米乳具有缓释和控释特征,不同pH对水杨酸纳米乳释放行为存在一定影响,而脂肪酶能加快水杨酸纳米乳的释放;HET-CAT试验及人体斑贴试验结果显示,水杨酸纳米乳安全性良好;抑菌实验显示,与游离水杨酸比较,制备的水杨酸纳米乳能显著抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌的活性。Nano-emulsion was prepared by encapsulating high-concentration salicylic acid through nano-carrier technology.The physical and chemical properties, stability, in vitro release behavior, safety and antibacterial activity were evaluated.The prepared salicylic acid nanoemulsion has a uniform shape, an average particle size of 21.4 nm, and a polydispersity(PDI) of 0.107,the drug loading was 30.0%,and the encapsulation rate was 83.7%.After being placed under different conditions for 30 days, the appearance, average particle size, and PDI have not changed significantly, and the nanoemulsion has good stability.In vitro release experiments showed that the salicylic acid nanoemulsion has sustained and controlled release characteristics.Different pH has certain influence on the release behavior of salicylic acid nanoemulsion, and lipase can accelerate the release of salicylic acid nanoemulsion.HET-CAT test and human patch test results showed that salicylic acid nanoemulsion was safe.Bacteriostatic experiments showed that compared with free salicylic acid, the prepared salicylic acid nanoemulsion can significantly inhibit the activity of P.acnes.
