摘 要:文章通过分析近十年来木工机床行业出现的新型木工机床种类,对木工机床生产线进行科学的分类并制定了生产线空载噪声声压级的测量方法,统计分析了各类新型木工机床及生产线空载噪声声压级分布信息;通过聚类分析方法给出了较为合理的限值建议,并针对空载噪声限值超标的机床提出了处理意见,为强制性国家标准《木工机床安全技术规范》噪声限值的制定提供数据支撑。By analyzing the types of new woodworking machine tools in woodworking machine tool industry in recent ten years,this paper scientifically classifies the woodworking machine tool production lines,formulates the measurement method of no-load noise sound pressure level of production lines,and statistically analyzes the distribution information of no-load noise sound pressure level of all kinds of new woodworking machine tools and production lines;Through the cluster analysis method,the more reasonable limit suggestions are given,and the treatment suggestions for the machine tools whose no-load noise limit exceeds the standard are put forward,which provides data support for the formulation of the noise limit of the mandatory national standard safety technical code for woodworking machine tools.
