摘　　要：PRDM蛋白家族是一个含有PR结构域和锌指结构的亚家族,不仅参与造血,神经系统的发育,而且与细胞的增殖,分化密切相关。越来越多的研究发现PRDM蛋白家族成员在不同类型的肿瘤中异常表达,在癌症发生发展的过程中发挥关键性作用,有望成为诊断,预后的指标及治疗的靶点,具有重要的临床应用价值。因此,该文阐述了PRDM蛋白的结构与功能,并总结了PRDM蛋白在癌症中的作用及其研究进展,为以后的临床研究提供了新的途径和策略。PRDM protein family is a subfamily containing PR domain and zinc finger structures,which is not only involved in hematopoiesis and nervous system development,but also closely related to cell proliferation and differentiation.More and more reseach has found that the members of the PRDM protein family are abnormally expressed in different types of tumors and play a key role in the process of cancer,which are expected to become a index for diagnosis and prognosis,and a target for therapy,with important clinical aoolication value.Therefore,this paper expounds the structure and function of the PRDM protien,and summarizes the role and research progress of the PRDM protien in cancer,which provides new pathways and strategies for future clinical research.
