摘  要:目的:研究5种不同的清洁方法对着色树脂基托和人工牙的清洁效果。方法:将着色后的树脂基托和人工牙试件根据不同的清洁方式随机分成5组(n=10),A:对照组,B:电动牙刷+蒸馏水刷洗3 min,C:电动牙刷+牙膏刷洗3 min。D:Polident浸泡5 min。E:Polident浸泡5 min+电动牙刷牙膏刷洗3 min。计算清洁前后的色差ΔE以及着色前和清洁后的色差ΔE。结果:对于树脂基托和人工牙,着色前与着色后ΔE值组间比较,P>0.05。清洁前后各组ΔE比较:E>D>C>B>A(P<0.05),着色前和清洁后各组ΔE比较:E<D<C<B<A(P<0.05)。结论:Polident浸泡配合电动牙刷牙膏对树脂基托和人工牙的清洁效果最好,基本能达到着色前的水平。Objective:To evaluate the effect of five different cleaning methods on discolored heat-cured base resin and artificial teeth.Methods:According to different cleaning methods,the discolored heat-cured base resin and artificial teeth specimens were randomly divided into 5 groups(n=10),the specimens in group A without cleaning were used as the controls,in the other groups the specimens were cleaned by electric toothbrush and distilled water for 3 min(B),electric toothbrush+toothpaste for 3 min(C),immerse in Polident for 5 min(D)and immerse in Polident for 5 min+electric toothbrush and toothpaste for 3 min(E),respectively.The color value was measured and the color difference(ΔE)was calculated.Results:For both the resin base and artificial teeth theΔE before and after pigmentation was not significantly different among groups(P>0.05).TheΔE before and after cleaning was E>D>C>B>A(P>0.05),theΔE before staining and after cleaning was:E<D<C<B<A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cleaning effect of Polident immersion combined with electric toothbrush and toothpaste is the strongest.It can basically reach the level before staining.
