摘 要:目的:探究接受无托槽隐形矫治的青少年患者唾液中趋化因子CXCL8、CXCL10、CXCL11和CXCL13的表达水平与龋白斑发生的相关性。方法:纳入接受隐形矫治6个月以上的青少年患者78例,根据患者是否发生龋白斑划分为无龋白斑组(n=46)和龋白斑组(n=32),分析患者口腔一般情况,并检测唾液中趋化因子CXCL8、CXCL10、CXCL11和CXCL13的表达水平。结果:无龋白斑组与龋白斑组患者一般情况无统计学差异(P>0.05);龋白斑组患者唾液中CXCL10、CXCL11和CXCL13的表达水平均显著高于无龋白斑组患者(P<0.05),CXCL8表达水平在两组中无明显差异(P>0.05)。二元Logistic回归方程分析表明患者唾液中CXCL10表达水平(OR=1.156)、CXCL11表达水平(OR=1.099)和CXCL13表达水平(OR=1.126)与发生龋白斑具有显著相关性。结论:接受无托槽隐形矫治青少年患者龋白斑的发生与CXCL10、CXCL11和CXCL13的表达水平具有显著相关性。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the saliva expression levels of CXCL8,CXCL10,CXCL11,CXCL13 and the occurrence of caries leukoplakia in adolescent patients receiving invisible orthodontic therapy without bracket.Methods:78 adolescent patients underwent invisible orthodontic therapy without bracket for more than 6 months were divided into caries leucoplakia group(CL)(n=32)and non-CL group(n=46).The expression levels of CXCL8,CXCL10,CXCL11 and CXCL13 in saliva were compared between the 2 groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the general data between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The expression levels of CXCL10,CXCL11 and CXCL13 in saliva of patients in CL group were higher than those in non-CL group(P<0.05)and there was no significant difference in CXCL8 expression between the 2 groups P>0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the expression levels of CXCL10(OR=1.156),CXCL11(OR=1.099)and CXCL13(OR=1.126)in saliva of patients were significantly correlated with the occurrence of caries leukoplakia in patients.Conclusion:The chemokines CXCL10,CXCL11and CXCL13 may be related to the occurrence of caries leukoplakia in adolescent patients undergoing invisible orthodontic therapy.
