摘 要:目的:评价不同光动力(PDT)对根牙本质的马氏硬度(MH)和弹性模量(Eit*)及与纤维桩粘接强度的影响。方法:100颗单根管前磨牙桩道预备后,随机分成5组,每组20颗,行桩道处理。A组:蒸馏水;B组:2.25%NaCIO+17%EDTA;C组:Er,Cr∶YSGG激光+2.25%NaCIO+17%EDTA;D组:核黄素+17%EDTA;E组:亚甲基蓝+17%EDTA。每组随机选取10颗,使用DUH-211数字超显微硬度计分别测量根颈、根中、根尖切片的MH和Eit*值。剩余每组10颗,粘接纤维桩后,使用万能试验机分别测量根颈、根中、根尖切片的粘接强度值。最后采用方差分析和Tukey检验进行数据分析。结果:(1)MH和Eit*值:A组最高,但组间无差异。根颈、根中、根尖组间无差异。(2)粘接强度值:A组最低,D组最高,均有显著差异(P<0.05),A组<B组<C组<E组≤D组,D、E组间无差异。根颈和根中组间无差异,与根尖相比,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:核黄素(0.1 mg/mL)和亚甲基蓝(0.05 mg/mL)介导的PDT不影响根牙本质的MH和Eit*,可以显著提高其与纤维桩的结合强度。Objective:To evaluate the influence of photodynamic therapy(PDT)on Martens hardness(MH),elastic modulus(Eit*)and bond strength(BS)of fiber posts to root dentin.Methods:The post space of 100 single canal premolars were prepared,and the teeth were randomly divided into 5 experimental groups(n=20).The post space of the teeth in the groups was treated as following,Group A:distilled water;Group B:2.25%NaCIO+17%EDTA;Group C:Er,Cr∶YSGG laser+2.25%NaCIO+17%EDTA;Group D:riboflavin+17%EDTA;Group E:methylene blue+17%EDTA.Then 10 teeth in each group were randomly selected,and MH and Eit*of cervical,middle and apical sec-tions were evaluated using the DUH-211 digital ultramicrohardness tester.The remained 10 teeth in each group were bonded to the fiber posts,and bond strength of cervical,middle and apical sections were detected by universal testing machine.Data were analyzed by ANOVA and Tukey tests.Results:(1)MH and Eit*:Group A was the highest,but there was no difference among groups.There was no difference between cervical,middle and apical sec-tions.(2)Bond strength:Group A was the lowest and group D was the highest(P<0.05).Group A<group B<group C<group E≤group D,and there was no difference between group D and E.There was no difference between cervical and middle sections,but there was significant difference compared with apical sections(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of PDT with Riboflavin(0.1 mg/mL)or methylene blue(0.05 mg/mL)does not interfere with the MH and Eit*of root dentin,but can improve bond strength between root den-tin and fiber posts.
