摘　　要：水平型根折是指牙根发生与牙根的长轴垂直或斜向断裂,根折最常发生的部位是在牙根的中间1/3处。该文报道用iRoot■BP^(+Plus)治疗21水平性根折及牙槽骨折断1例,随访1年,21根折及牙槽骨折线处呈现成骨影像,无临床异常症状。Horizontal root fracture refers to the vertical or oblique fracture of the tooth root with its long axis,the most frequent site of root fracture is in the middle third of the tooth root.This article reports a case of treatment of horizontal root fracture and alveolar fracture of 21 by iRoot■BP^(+Plus).1 year follow-up showed that bone formation image on X-ray film was observed at the fracture lines and no abnormal clinical symptom of 21 could be find.
