摘　　要：报告1例外伤后发生牙根外吸收的上颌中切牙,经显微根尖手术行超声器械根管倒预备、iRoot■BP^(+Plus)根管倒充填及牙根外形修复,取得较好临床效果病例。术后定期回访2年,效果稳定。A maxillary incisor with external root resorption due to tooth injury was treatead with endodontic microsurgery.Surgical treatment included root canal retropreparation with ultrasonic microtips,root end filling and restoration with iRoot■BP^(+Plus).The patient was followed up for 2 years,and the therapeutic effect was satisfactory.
