弧形切割吻合器在直肠癌保肛手术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨弧形切割吻合器在直肠癌保肛手术中的应用研究。方法:跟踪分析本院2019年1月~2020年1月收治的50例行直肠癌保肛手术的患者当作研究对象,将其均分为分析组(弧形切割吻合器)与参照组(未使用),每组各25例,对所有患者临床资料展开分析。结果:所有患者术后并发症发生率为10%,手术死亡率为0%。通过1年随访发现,所有患者都会发生局部复发。所有患者中25例使用弧形切割吻合器,25例则未使用,对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量等指标没有发现显著差异,具备统计学意义(P>0.05);比较两组吻合口瘘前者以及后者发生率没有发生明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:直肠癌术中采用弧形切割吻合器,不但手术时间较短,综合并发症低等显著优势。Objective:To study the application of arc cutting stapler in anus preserving operation of rectal cancer.Methods:The 50 patients who underwent sphincter-preserving surgery for rectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were analyzed as the research subjects,and they were equally divided into the analysis group(arc cutting stapler)and the reference group(without use),25 cases in each group,and the clinical data of all patients were analyzed.Results:The postoperative complication rate of all patients was 10%,and the operative mortality was 0.All patients had local recurrence at 1-year follow-up.Among all patients,25 cases used arc cutting stapler and 25 cases did not.There was no significant difference in operation time and intraoperative bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of anastomotic leakage between the two groups(P>0.05)Conclusion:The arc-shaped cutting stapler used in rectal cancer surgery has significant advantages such as shorter operation time and lower comprehensive complications.
