脑循环功能治疗仪对脑梗塞的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑循环功能治疗仪配合丹参川芎嗪应用于脑梗塞的治疗效果。方法:选择2018年3月~2019年3月在本院治疗的脑梗塞患者80例,按照随机抽签法分组,对照组40例,用丹参川芎嗪治疗,观察组40例,用脑循环功能治疗仪联合丹参川芎嗪治疗。对比两组治疗前后相关机体指标(心率HR、收缩压SBP、舒张压DBP)及治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组HR、SBP、DBP相关指标差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组HR、SBP、DBP指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率占比为97.5%,对照组治疗有效率占比为77.5%,两组差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗塞患者使用脑循环功能治疗仪配合丹参川芎嗪治疗,患者心率、血压均未受到影响,疗效良好。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of tetramethylpyrazine combined with danshen on cerebral infarction.Methods:80 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected,and 40 patients in the control group were treated with tetramethylpyrazine and 40 patients in the observation group with cerebral circulation function therapy instrument combined with tetramethylpyrazine.The relative body indexes(heart rate HR,systolic blood pressure SBP,diastolic blood pressure DBP)and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups HR,SBP,DBP related indexes(P>0.05),the HR,SBP,DBP index of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%,and the effective rate of the control group was 77.5%,and the difference between the two groups was obvious(P<0.05).The score of nerve function defect in observation group was lower than that of control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with cerebral infarction were treated with cerebral circulation therapy instrument and tetramethylpyrazine.The heart rate and blood pressure were not affected,and the curative effect was good.
