摘 要:目的 探讨某中医医院护士长领导力与护士职业倦怠的相关性。方法 选取该院720名临床护士进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括一般人口学资料、护士长领导力、护士职业倦怠,分析护士长领导力与护士职业倦怠的相关性。结果 本次调查共回收问卷720份,其中有效问卷664份,问卷回收有效率为92.22%。测评问卷结果显示,护士长领导力总得分为(183.59±24.07)分,其中感召力、影响力、亲和力、控制力和前瞻力得分分别为(12.13±1.48)、(89.77±9.31)、(26.59±3.75)、(33.24±4.46)、(21.86±3.29)分;护士职业倦怠总得分为(48.14±15.26)分,其中情感耗竭、去人格化、个人成就感得分分别为(24.76±5.28)、(7.13±2.35)、(16.25±4.70)分。Pearson相关性分析显示,护士长领导力评分与护士职业倦怠得分呈负相关(r=-0.535~-0.403,P<0.05)。结论 某中医医院护士长领导力与护士职业倦怠具有负相关性,提升护士长领导力对减轻护士职业倦怠有重要作用。Objective To explore the correlation between the head nurse leadership and nurse burnout in a traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Methods A total of 720 clinical nurses from a traditional Chinese medicine hospital were selected for a questionnaire survey.The contents of the questionnaire included general demographic data,the head nurse leadership and nurse burnout.And the correlation between the head nurse leadership and nurse burnout was analyzed.Results A total of 720 questionnaires were collected in this survey,of which 664 were valid,with an effective rate of 92.22%.The result of the assessment questionnaire showed that the total score of head nurse leadership was(183.59±24.07)points,among which the scores of charisma,influence,affinity,control and foresight were(12.13±1.48)points,(89.77±9.31)points,(26.59±3.75)points,(33.24±4.46)points and(21.86±3.29)points respectively.The total score of nurse burnout was(48.14±15.26)points,among which the scores of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and personal accomplishment were(24.76±5.28)points,(7.13±2.35)points and(16.25±4.70)points respectively.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the score of the leadership of head nurses was negatively correlated with the score of nurse burnout(r=-0.535--0.403,P<0.05).Conclusion The head nurse leadership of a traditional Chinese medicine hospital is negatively correlated with nurse burnout.Improving the head nurse leadership plays an important role in reducing nurse burnout.
