摘 要:针对燃煤电厂火电机组选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝系统NO_(x)出口体积分数波动大、稳定性差的问题,提出一种基于模糊自适应PID补偿的动态矩阵预测控制(DMC)算法.DMC算法基于NO_(x)出口质量浓度历史数据构建预测模型,反馈环节根据当前偏差校正预测值,实现系统提前控制;模糊自适应PID控制器将预测偏差信息模糊化,用以修正动态矩阵控制器输出,实现被控对象的准确控制.依托500MW火电机组脱硝装置运行数据,建模被控对象传递函数,基于Matlab平台进行DMC和模糊自适应PID补偿DMC控制方式下喷氨阀门开度变化、NO_(x)出口质量浓度变化的对比实验.结果表明,基于模糊自适应PID补偿的DMC控制算法在SCR烟气脱硝控制系统的实时性和准确性两个性能上取得了良好表现.A dynamic matrix predictive control(DMC) algorithm based on fuzzy adaptive PID compensation was proposed for NO_(x)outlet concentration fluctuation and poor stability of selective catalytic reduction(SCR) flue gas denitrification system in coal-fired power plants.DMC algorithm built a prediction model based on the historical data of the volume fraction of NO_(x)outlet, and the feedback link corrected the predicted value according to the current deviation to realize the advance control of the system The fuzzy adaptive PID controller fuzzified the prediction deviation information to correct the output of the dynamic matrix controller, and realized the accurate control of the controlled object. Based on the operation data of denitrification unit of 500 MW thermal power unit, the transfer function of the controlled object was modeled. The varying comparative experiments of the ammonia injection valveopening degreeand the NO_(x)outlet concentration under the control of the DMC and the fuzzy adaptive PID compensation DMC were carried out on the Matlab platform.The results showed that the DMC control algorithm based on fuzzy adaptive PID compensation had good performance in real-time performance and accuracy of SCR flue gas denitrification control system.
