利用稻草栽培荷叶离褶伞技术研究

摘　　要：为研究以稻草为主要基质栽培荷叶离褶伞(Lyophyllum decastes)的技术,文中充分利用荷叶离褶伞可以分解纤维素的特性,以稻草为基质栽培荷叶离褶伞,使农业废弃物稻草得以有效利用,并对环境质量有所改善,同时栽培出具有较高价值的菌类,提高了稻草的利用价值。在荷叶离褶伞驯化栽培试验的基础上,设计含不同比例稻草的栽培配方,探究发菌和出菇条件,结果发现随着培养料中稻草比例的增加,菌丝吃料的速度加快,长满瓶的时间缩短,以菌丝长满瓶的时间、鲜菇的瓶均产量为指标,获得的最佳配方为:培养料中含有88%的稻草、10%的麦麸、1%的石膏粉、1%的白糖,此时栽培出的荷叶离褶伞产量和质量较好。In order to study the technology of Lyophyllum decastes cultivation with rice straw as the main substrate,this paper made full use of the characteristics that the L.decastes can decompose cellulose,and cultivated the L.decastes with rice straw as the substrate,so that the agricultural waste rice straw can be effectively utilized,the environmental quality can be improved.At the same time,the high-value fungi can be cultivated and the utilization value of straw was improved.Based on the cultivation experiments of L.decastes,the cultivation formula containing different proportion of straw was designed to explore the conditions of growing bacteria and fruiting.The results showed that with the increase of the proportion of rice straw,the speed of feeding increased and the filling time shortened.Taking the full flask time of hypha and the average yield of fresh mushroom flasks as indexes,we found that the best formula was 88%rice straw,10%wheat bran,1%gypsum powder and 1%white sugar.At the same time,the yield and quality of the cultivated L.decastes were better.
