木家具质量问题分析及解决措施

摘　　要：质量黑榜是抽检和客户反映的结果,是市场对产品质量的一种监督和反馈。为了解木家具质量的突出问题,以近五年中国家居十大质量黑榜为研究数据,在分析相关家具质量标准的基础上,确立统一的家具质量通用目标体系;依照这一通用目标体系,对上榜家具出现质量问题的项目绘制排列图,计算集中度来反映榜单中突出的质量问题。分析结果表明家具质量问题集中表现为产品安全问题。建议木家具业要高度重视质量安全,切实贯彻家具标准,做好产品安全风险管理,适时做好产品更新换代工作。综合应用排列图与集中度,能够使主要质量问题突显;落实相关措施,家具企业将有效提升产品质量目标和客户满意度。Integrating sampling inspection results and customer responses,the quality black lists are kinds of supervision and reflection of the market on products.In order to understand the prominent problems of furniture quality,the black list of top ten quality of Chinese home furnishing in recent five years is used as research data.A unified general objective system of furniture quality is established based on the analysis on relevant furniture quality standards.According to the general objective system,the concept of concentration ratio is proposed based on the Pareto chart for the listed furniture quality items so as to reflect the prominent quality problems in the list.The analysis results show that the quality problems of furniture are mainly reflected on product safety.It is suggested that furniture enterprises should attach great importance to quality safety,earnestly implement furniture standards,and do a good job in product risk management and product upgrading in a timely manner.Integrated application of Pareto chart and concentration ratio can highlight the main quality problems.Furniture enterprises will effectively improve product quality objectives and customer satisfaction by implementing relevant measures.
