摘 要:为探究葡萄枝条的最优切割刀具参数及其力学特性,采用自主研发摆臂式试验台进行切割力学特性试验,分析刀具楔角、刀具滑切角、切割速度及切割间隙对峰值切割力的影响。通过单因素试验和Box-Behnken响应面试验设计方法研究各因素及其交互因素对峰值切割力的影响,并建立了优化模型。研究结果表明,刀具楔角越小,切割葡萄枝条的峰值切割力越小;峰值切割力随着刀具滑切角度、切割速度和切割间隙增加而减小。影响峰值切割力由大到小顺序为:切割速度、刀具滑切角、切割间隙、刀具楔角;最优切割参数组合为:切割速度3.6 m/s、刀具滑切角25°、切割间隙1.5 mm、刀具楔角15°,并且在该条件下进行的验证试验误差在5%以内,说明所建模型合理。该研究结果可为后续葡萄修剪装备切割部件研制提供理论支持。In order to find the optimal cutting parameters and explore the shearing mechanical properties of grape branches,based on the self-developed oscillating arm branch cutting test-rig,effects of wedge angle,sliding cutting angle,cutting speed and cutting gap of blades on the peak cutting force were explored and analyzed.The single factor test and Box-Behnken response surface experimental design method were adopted to explore the effects of various factors and their interactive factors on the peak cutting force and establish the optimization model.The results showed that the smaller the wedge angle of blade was,the smaller the peak cutting force was.The peak cutting force decreased with the increase of sliding cutting angle,cutting speed and cutting gap.The sequence of the factors affecting the peak cutting force in a decreasing order was as follows:cutting speed,sliding cutting angle,cutting gap and wedge angle.The optimal cutting parameter combination was with the cutting speed of 3.6 m/s,sliding cutting angle of 25°,cutting gap of 1.5 mm and wedge angle of 15°.And the error of the verification test under this condition was within 5%,which showed that the model established in this paper was reasonable.It can provide reference for further study of blade optimization of grape pruning equipment.
