超激光照射星状神经节联合普瑞巴林治疗卒中后中枢神经痛的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨超激光照射星状神经节联合普瑞巴林治疗卒中后中枢神经痛(CPSP)的临床疗效。方法收集2020年9月~2021年6月在门诊或者住院的因脑梗死或者脑出血引起CPSP患者80例,随机分为对照组(普瑞巴林组)和联合治疗组(超激光照射星状神经节联合普瑞巴林),每组各40例。收集并比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后1周、2周的血清白介素-6(IL-6)水平、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、生命质量评价量表(SF-36)评分和不良反应。结果两组患者接受治疗后血清IL-6水平和VAS评分显著降低,SF-36评分显著增加,但联合治疗组的治疗疗效优于对照组患者;联合治疗组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节超激光照射联合普瑞巴林治疗CPSP患者具有更好的治疗疗效,能够更加显著改善患者疼痛。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of super laser irradiation of stellate ganglion combined with pregabalin in the treatment of central poststroke pain(CPSP).Methods A total of 80 patients with CPSP caused by cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage in outpatient or hospitalized patients from September 2020 to June 2021 were collected and randomly divided into control group(pregabalin group)and combined treatment group(ultralaser irradiation of stellate ganglion combined with pregabalin),40 cases in each group.The levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),visual analogue scale(VAS)for pain,quality of life assessment scale(SF-36)and adverse reactions were collected and compared between the two groups before treatment,1 week and 2weeks after treatment.Results After treatment,the serum IL-6 levels and VAS ratings of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced,and the SF-36 score was significantly increased,but the treatment effect of the combined treatment group was better than that of the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group Group patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stellate ganglion ultra-laser irradiation combined with pregabalin has a better therapeutic effect in the treatment of CPSP patients,and can significantly improve the pain of patients.
