摘 要:目的 观察在先天性内耳畸形诊断实践中应用颞骨高分辨CT(HRCT)及三维重建的临床价值作用。方法 选取36例于2018年1月-2021年1月期间收治的先天性感音神经性耳聋患者,均行颞骨高分辨率CT(HRCT)薄层扫描操作,将所获得原始数据剪薄三维重建及后处理,深入分析测量获得数据。结果 36例患者中,有25例(43耳)发现存在内耳畸形症状,畸形部位:耳蜗总计14耳,前庭总计7耳,半规管总计5耳,前庭导水管扩大总计12耳,内听道总计5耳。结论 颞骨HRCT及三维重建图像后处理技术可将患者内耳结构及伴发畸形进行充分清晰展现,为临床诊治先天性内耳畸形提供科学参考依据。Objective To observe the clinical value of high resolution CT(HRCT) and 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of congenital inner ear malformation. Methods 36 patients with congenital sensory ineural deafness admitted from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected with high-resolution CT(HRCT)temporal bone scanning, and the original data was thin three-dimensional reconstruction and postprocessing and obtained data through deep analysis and measurement. Results 25 of 36 patients(43 ears), deformity:14 cochlear implants, 7 vestibular, 5 semi-regulating canal, 12, and 5 internal auditory canal. Conclusions Temporal bone HRCT and three-dimensional reconstruction image processing technology can fully show the inner ear structure and associated deformity, and provide scientific reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of congenital inner ear malformation.
