摘　　要：周围性面瘫是耳鼻喉科常见病,保守治疗效果通常不尽如人意。面神经减压术是近年来常采用的一种治疗面神经损伤患者手术方式,对于面神经功能恢复十分重要。但面神经减压是否打开鞘膜至今存在争议,本文就面神经减压术与手术是否切开面神经鞘膜做一简要的综述。Peripheral facial palsy is a common disease in otology, and although conservative treatment can be effective, the results are not ideal. Facial nerve decompression is a surgical procedure frequently used in recent years to treat patients with facial nerve injury, which is important for the recovery of facial nerve function.However, whether facial nerve decompression opens the sheath is still controversial. This article provides a brief review of facial nerve decompression and whether the sheath of the facial nerve is incised during surgery.
