摘  要:内耳听功能障碍是人类最常见的感觉系统障碍之一,其机制相对复杂,是耳科研究的热点与难点。维生素A是人体内必需的营养素,承担了广泛而重要的生理功能。近年来,维生素A对内耳听功能的影响逐渐得到关注。本文回顾维生素A与感音神经性聋的流行病学及临床研究的文献,总结维生素A在内耳听功能中可能的作用机制及研究进展,为进一步探索该领域提供思路。Inner ear dysfunction is one of the most common sensory system disorders in humans, with relatively complex mechanisms. It is a hotspot and an aporia of otolaryngology research. Vitamin A is an essential nutrient and has a wide range of important physiological functions. In recent years, effects of vitamin A on inner ear function have increasingly attracted attention. This article mainly reviews reports of epidemiological and clinical research on vitamin A and sensorineural hearing loss, and summarizes advances in research on possible mechanism of effects of vitamin A on inner ear function, to stimulate further exploration in this field.
