摘 要:采用原位聚合法,以脲醛树脂为壁材、水性丙烯酸涂料为芯材制备微胶囊。探求芯壁比(质量比)、陈放时间和水浴温度对微胶囊形貌、产量和包覆率的作用,进行了3因素2水平的正交实验,确定了陈放时间和水浴温度对微胶囊性能影响不大,影响最大的因素为芯壁比。为了进一步优化微胶囊性能,以芯壁比为单一变量进行单因素独立试验,发现随着芯壁比的不断增大,微胶囊的产量和包覆率均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,且在芯壁比为0.67∶1.00时微胶囊微观形貌、产量和包覆性较佳。为了探求微胶囊对椴木表层水性涂层性能的影响,将芯壁比为0.67∶1.00的微胶囊以质量分数10.0%添加进水性涂料中,结果发现水性涂层的光学性能并没有产生明显的下降,而其硬度、抗冲击性能和韧性得到了提高。同时,添加了微胶囊的涂层自愈合效果明显优于不添加微胶囊的涂层。通过将其与添加丙烯酸芯材微胶囊、环氧树脂芯材微胶囊和虫胶芯材微胶囊的水性涂层性能进行对比,发现水性丙烯酸涂料为芯材制备的微胶囊涂层综合性能较佳,这为木器水性涂层的性能增强和自修复研究提供了新的思路。Due to the drawbacks of wet expansion,dry shrinkage and dimensional instability of wood,the application of microcapsule self-repairing technology to wood materials has shown a broad prospect.When the coating causes microcracks due to external forces,the microcapsule breaks under forces and releases the core material of healing agent,which can repair the coating and improve the performance of wood products,as well as prolong its service life.The urea formaldehyde resin was used as the wall material and the waterborne acrylic acid coatings were chosen as the core materials to prepare microcapsules by in-situ polymerization in this study,so as to explore the influence of the mass ratio of core to shell,the standing time and the reaction temperature on the micro morphology,yield and coating rate of microcapsules.Through the orthogonal test of three factors and two levels,it was discovered that the standing time and the reaction temperature had little effect on the yield and coating rate of microcapsules,and the most important factor was the mass ratio of core to shell.In order to further optimize the various performances of microcapsules,the independent test was used to investigate the effect of the mass ratio of core to shell as a single variable on the microcapsule performance.The experimental results displayed that,with the increase of the mass ratio of core to shell,the yield and coating rate of microcapsules increased at first and then decreased,and the micro morphology,yield and coating rate of the microcapsules were better when the mass ratio of core to shell was set to 0.67∶1.00.In order to investigate the influence of microcapsules on the performance of waterborne coating on the wood surface,the microcapsules with a mass ratio of core to shell of 0.67∶1.00 were used for the waterborne coating at the mass ratio of 10.0%.It was found that the optical properties of waterborne coating on wood surface was not decreased significantly,while the hardness,impact resistance and toughness of the waterborne coating
