中医治疗格林-巴利综合征的研究进展

摘　　要：格林-巴利综合征(GBS)作为一种自身免疫性周围神经病变,其临床表现为双侧肢体对称性无力、感觉障碍,面神经麻痹、呼吸肌无力以及自主神经症状,急性或者亚急性发病,发病过程中还会产生与之相关的并发症。近年来,中医在治疗格林-巴利综合征上取得了一定的成果。经检索中国知网、万方数据、谷歌学术等数据库发现,本病的中药治疗、针灸治疗、针药并用、推拿治疗以及其他疗法等各方面的研究多有进展。现将近十年中医在该病治疗中的进展综述如下。Guillain-Barre syndrome(GBS),as an autoimmune peripheral neuropathy,has clinical manifestations of bilateral limb weakness,sensory disorder,facial paralysis,respiratory muscle weakness,and autonomic symptoms.It is an acute or subacute disease,where related complications may occur.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has made certain achievements in GBS treatment.After searching of databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data and Google scholar,it was found that much progress has been achieved in GBS treatment with Chinese medicine,acupuncture,combination of acupuncture and medicine,massage and other therapies.In this paper,the progress on GBS treatment with TCM in the past decade was summarized.
