生态位视角下女性休闲体育现实困境与发展路径研究

摘　　要：依据生态位视角,运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对女性休闲体育面临的现实困境进行系统梳理分析并探寻其发展路径,旨在为女性休闲体育健康发展拓宽研究思路。主要结论:我国女性休闲体育生态位宽度扩充不足;生态位态势发展失衡;生态位内部重叠严重。微观上,打破女性休闲体育自身局限激发内生动力,扩充生态位宽度;中观上,完善女性休闲体育社会长效服务机制,加强生态位态势转化;宏观上,建立和谐女性休闲体育生态系统,实现生态位内部错位发展。Based on the niche perspective,using literature review and logical analysis,the authors systematically analyze the realistic dilemmas faced by female leisure sports and explore its development path,aiming to broaden research ideas for the healthy development of the sports.Conclusions:The width of female leisure sports niche in China is insufficient;the niche development is out of balance;the internal niche overlap is serious.It is suggested that we at the micro level,break the limitations of female leisure sports to stimulate endogenous power and expand the niche breadth;at the meso level,improve the long-term service mechanism of women’s leisure sports society and strengthen the transformation of the niche situation;and at the macro level,establish a harmonious female leisure sports ecosystem,to realize the internal dislocation development of the ecological niche.
