体医融合视域下苏格拉底公共健康思想研究

摘　　要：苏格拉底在历经雅典大瘟疫后提出了有关公共健康治理的相关观点。在梳理苏格拉底公共健康思想提出的背景后,发现其思想内涵主要包括体育与医学均为照料身体的技艺;教练与医生并行规范身体的健康;健身与医术共同治疗人体的灵魂;积极进行体育锻炼可以预防疾病。但同时也存在狭隘地认为健康仅属于体育与医学的领域、以经验事实为中心、缺乏科学事实的支撑等历史局限。在照应当前体医融合战略实施现实的基础上,提出推动服务供给由“试点化”向“普及化”转变;加强人才供给,搭建对话平台;提升个体预防意识,驱动个体健康自治;提升体育话语权,均衡体育与医学在体医融合中的地位四个方面的相关启示。After the great plague of Athens,Socrates put forward the relevant point of view on public health governance.This paper summarizes the background of Socrates'thought on public health and finds that the main connotation of his thought includes that both sports and medicine are skills to take care of the body.Coaches and doctors work in parallel to regulate physical health;Bodybuilding and medical art treat the soul of the human body together;Being active in physical exercise can prevent disease.But at the same time,there are also some historical limitations,such as the narrow view that health belongs only to sports and medicine,centered on empirical facts,and lacking the support of scientific facts.On the basis of the current implementation of the strategy of physical and medical integration,it is proposed to promote the transformation of service supply from"pilot"to"universal".Strengthen talent supply and build dialogue platform;Promote individual awareness of prevention,drive individual health autonomy;Relevant enlightenment is proposed from four aspects of enhancing the discourse power of sports and balancing the status of sports and medicine in the integration of sports and medicine.
