摘  要:目的探讨团队合作学习法(TBL)、案例教学法(CBL)联合迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)法在老年医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月1日至2021年6月30日在河南省人民医院老年医学科进行住院医师规范化培训的50名内科专业住院医师为研究对象,按照轮转时间选取24名住院医师为对照组,采用传统常规方法教学,另外26名住院医师为试验组,应用TBL、CBL联合Mini-CEX;出科时比较两组学员的Mini-CEX评估、上机理论考试成绩及满意度。结果试验组Mini-CEX评估结果、理论考试成绩及满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组医生病史采集、体格检查、人文关怀、临床判断、沟通技能、理论成绩及满意度等方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TBL、CBL联合Mini-CEX在老年医学住院医师带教中取得良好的效果,具有较好的应用前景和价值。Objective To explore the application effect of team-based learning(TBL)and case-based leaming(CBL)combined with mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)in the standardized training of geriatrics residents.Methods A total of 50 internal medicine residents who received standardized resident training in the Geriatrics Department of Henan Provincial People's Hospital from July 1,2020 to June 30,2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the rotation time,24 residents were selected as the control group,and the traditional conventional teaching method was adopted.The other 26 residents were selected as the experimental group,and TBL and CBL combined with Mini-CEX were applied.The Mini-CEX evaluation,computer theory test scores and satisfaction of the two groups were compared when leaving the course.Results The Mini-CEX evaluation results,theoretical test scores and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation results showed that students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in medical history collection,physical examination,humanistic care,clinical judgment,communication skills,theoretical achievement and satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion TBL and CBL combined with Mimi-CEX teaching methods achieved good results in geriatric training and has a good application prospect and value.
