摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮联合甲基睾丸素在子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取河南省生殖健康科学技术研究院2018年6月到2019年12月收治的80例接受子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组单用米非司酮,研究组采用米非司酮联合甲基睾丸素。对比两组疗效、性激素水平、免疫功能、血清学指标水平。结果研究组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);治疗后研究组性激素低于对照组,免疫功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)表达低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者子宫肌瘤剔除术后联用米非司酮、甲基睾丸素可提升疗效。Objective To investigate the application effect of mifepristone combined with methyltestosterone in patients undergoing myomectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients who received myomectomy from Henan Academy of Reproductive Health Science and Technology from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given mifepristone alone,and the study group was given mifepristone combined with methyltestosterone.The curative effect,sex hormone levels,immune function and serological index levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effctive rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the sex hormones in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the immune function was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone and methyltestosterone can improve the curative effect after myomectomy in patients with hysteromyoma.
