摘 要:为了解决连铸机结晶器铜板因磨损导致的服役寿命短等问题,论文对结晶器铜板表面Ni-Co镀层耐磨性进行了研究。分析了Co元素含量对对镀层硬度的影响,对结晶器铜板表面Ni-Co镀层进行往复摩擦磨损实验,研究其在不同载荷下的摩擦磨损特性。通过对磨损表面观察,分析磨损表面元素变化、微观形貌和塑性变形。研究结果表明:Ni-Co镀层的硬度在300~370 HV之间,随着Co含量的增加而增加,镀层的磨损形式以磨粒磨损为主,并伴有轻微的黏着磨损和疲劳磨损,随着载荷的增加,犁沟效应加剧,磨损量增加,黏着磨损也逐渐占据主导。磨损过程中产生的NiO薄膜使得摩擦系数下降,摩擦系数稳定后随着载荷的增加而减小。研究结论为低Co含量的Ni-Co镀层应用在结晶器铜板提供了可靠的理论依据。In order to solve the problem of short service life caused by wear of mould copper plate in continuous casting machine,the wear resistance of Ni-Co coating on mould copper plate surface was studied.The effect of Co content on the hardness of the coating was analyzed.The reciprocating friction and wear experiments of Ni-Co coating on the surface of copper plate of mold were carried out to study its friction and wear characteristics under different loads.By observing the wear surface,the element change,microstructure and plastic deformation of the wear surface were analyzed.The results show that the hardness of Ni-Co coating is between 300~370 HV,and increases with the increase of Co content.The wear form of Ni-Co coating is mainly abrasive wear,accompanied by slight adhesive wear and fatigue wear.With the increase of load,the furrow effect is intensified,the amount of wear increases,and the adhesive wear gradually takes the lead.The NiO film produced in the wear process makes the friction coefficient decrease,and the friction coefficient decreases with the increase of load after stabilizing.The results provide a reliable theoretical basis for the application of Ni-Co coating with low Co content on copper plate of mould.
