探讨米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法60例子宫肌瘤患者,根据双盲法随机分为参照组和研究组,各30例。参照组患者采用米非司酮治疗,研究组采用米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗。对比两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率及治疗后月经量、子宫体积、病灶体积。结果研究组总有效率93.33%高于参照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率6.67%低于参照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后月经量为(193.2±28.3)ml、子宫体积为(105.3±18.5)cm^(3)、病灶体积为(31.9±11.8)cm^(3);参照组治疗后月经量为(236.7±36.6)ml、子宫体积为(118.5±12.7)cm^(3)、病灶体积为(45.7±13.0)cm^(3)。研究组治疗后月经量、子宫体积及病灶均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫肌瘤患者应用米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊进行治疗的效果更加理想,可有效减少患者的月经量,使病灶及子宫体积大幅减少,避免患者出现药物不良反应,值得在临床上广泛应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into reference group and research group according to the double-blind method,with30 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with mifepristone,and patients in the research group were treated with mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsules.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,menstrual volume,uterine volume,and lesion volume after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 93.33% of the research group was higher than 70.00% of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6.67% in the research group was lower than 26.67% in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume in the research group was(193.2±28.3)ml,the uterine volume was(105.3±18.5)cm^(3),and the lesion volume was(31.9±11.8)cm^(3).After treatment,the menstrual volume of the reference group was(236.7±36.6)ml,the uterine volume was(118.5±12.7)cm^(3),and the lesion volume was(45.7±13.0)cm^(3).After treatment,the menstrual volume,uterine volume and lesions in the research group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Gongliuxiao capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids is more ideal.It can also reduce the menstrual volume of patients,greatly reduce the focus and uterine volume of patients,and avoid adverse drug reactions.It is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
