普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症患者的临床疗效。方法100例干眼症患者,根据治疗方案不同分为常规组与实验组,各50例。常规组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,实验组在常规组治疗基础上联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗。对比两组治疗前后角膜荧光素染色评分(FLS)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、Schirmer试验结果、临床疗效及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率96.0%高于常规组的84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组FLS(2.43±1.02)分低于常规组的(3.06±1.11)分,BUT(5.16±1.78)s与Schirmer试验结果(7.62±2.01)mm优于常规组的(4.17±1.67)s、(6.63±2.30)mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,实验组不良反应发生率为4.0%低于常规组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗干眼症患者时,以普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液展开治疗,可取得确切效果,适宜推广。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with dry eye were divided into conventional group and experimental group according to different treatment schemes,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the experimental group was treated with pranoprofen eye drops on the basis of the conventional group.The corneal fluorescein staining(FLS),tear film break-up time(BUT),and Schirmer test results before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 96.0% of the experimental group was higher than 84.0% of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FLS(2.43±1.02)points of the experimental group was lower than(3.06±1.11)points of the conventional group,and the BUT(5.16±1.78)s and Schirmer test results(7.62±2.01)mm were better than(4.17±1.67)s and(6.63±2.30)mm of the conventional group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions 4.0% in the experimental group was lower than 20.0% in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops can achieve the exact intervention effect and is suitable for popularization.
