摘 要:人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)的飞速发展已将教育创新变革的需求带到前所未有的高度。尤其是在对教师角色重塑时,如何前瞻性地针对未来社会发展需求剖析教师对AI技术的接纳及创新扩散模式,是推动智能时代下教育生态系统变革的关键。由于智能变革涉及技术、社会等复杂因素,而对AI技术的接纳过程又存在迭代性与复杂性。因此,本研究提出运用复杂系统科学的多主体仿真方法,对教育生态系统中教师AI接纳的复杂扩散机制进行剖析。通过多主体系统的构建,文章将预测未来10年内AI技术在教师群体中的扩散态势,并探究不同外界变量对教师的干预效果。研究结果显示,学校创新氛围与风险容忍度对教师AI接纳的发展具有显著的干预作用,而政策宣传策略则在氛围影响的基础上对创新扩散起到调节作用。基于仿真研究结果,最终总结出“耗散结构”过程、创新氛围营造与“上下协同”变革三大管理层面的重要启示。The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence(AI) has brought the demand for educational innovation to an unprecedented level.Especially when reshaping the role of teachers,how to proactively analyze teachers’ acceptance of AI technologies and the pattern of innovation and diffusion according to the needs of future social development is the key to promoting the reform of the educational ecosystem in the intelligent era.The intelligent revolution involves complex factors such as technology and society,and the process of adopting AI technologies is also iterative and complex.Therefore,this study proposes to use the multi-agent simulation method of complex system science to analyze the complex diffusion mechanism of teachers’ AI acceptance in the education ecosystem.Through the construction of a multi-agent system,this study predicts the diffusion trend of AI technologies among teachers in the next10 years,and explores the intervention effects of different external variables on teachers.The results show that school’s innovation climate and risk tolerance have a significant intervention effect on the development of AI acceptance among teachers,while policy advocacy has a moderating effect on the innovation and diffusion based on the influence of climate.Based on the results,three key management insights are drawn from the "dissipative structure" process,the creation of innovation climate and "top-down coordination" reform.
