摘 要:铬鞣是迄今为止皮革制造中最重要且应用最广泛的鞣制方法,然而传统铬鞣工艺存在铬利用率低、废水中铬含量高等突出问题。解决制革生产中的铬污染问题迫在眉睫。高吸收铬鞣技术能够在鞣制的过程中,最大可能地增加铬吸收率,降低铬的排放和损失。高吸收铬鞣助剂作为高吸收铬鞣的一种重要研究方向,具有操作方便、实用性强、对原有鞣制工序改变不大等优点,受到广大学者的关注。总结回顾了近二十年高吸收铬鞣助剂的研究情况,梳理了高吸收铬鞣的原理和思路,提出了一种新型高吸收铬鞣助剂(含酮羧酸结构的高吸收铬鞣助剂)的思路。Chromium tanning is the most important and widely used tanning method in leather manufacture.However,there are some problems in traditional tanning process,such as low utilization rate of chromium and high content of chromium in wastewater,which cause environmental pollution.It is urgent to solve the problem of chromium pollution in tanning production.High exhaustion chromium tanning technology can maximize the absorption efficiency of chromium onto pelt and reduce the discharge and loss of chromium during tanning process.As an important research direction of high exhaustion chromium technology,high exhaustion chromium tanning auxiliaries have attracted wide research concern.In this paper,the high exhaustion chromium tanning auxiliaries in recent twenty years were reviewed,the mechanism of high exhaustion chromium tanning auxiliaries were reviewed,and a new ketone carboxylic acid auxiliaries was proposed for green tanning process.
