摘　　要：从原材料组成物质、生产工艺、后处理、储存等方面系统地研究了PVC革的主要异味来源、控制点及提升方法。结果表明,选用热稳定好的PVC基体树脂、低挥发的环保型增塑剂、水性表面处理剂、长链或反应型胺类催化剂,添加香料,进行合适的成型工艺(包含温度,速率、时间等)和水性表面处理工艺,进行烘烤除味、通风处理,延长熟化和存储周期等措施对PVC革气味的提升有很大的改善作用。The main sources,control points and improving methods of unpleasant odor of PVC artificial leather were systematically studied from the aspects of raw material composition,production process,post-treatment and storage.The results show that the measures of selecting PVC matrix resin with good thermal stability,low volatile environmental plasticizer,aqueous surface treatment agent,long-chain or reactive amine catalyst,adding spices,appropriate molding process(including temperature,rate,time,etc.)and aqueous surface treatment process,baking deodorization,ventilation treatment,prolonging curing and storage cycle can greatly improve the odor of PVC leather.
