CGF联合珊瑚骨粉在前牙美学区骨增量的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨浓缩生长因子(Concentrate growth factors,CGF)联合珊瑚骨粉在前牙美学区骨增量中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年8月-2019年8月笔者医院口腔科收治的102例前牙美学区骨量不足的缺牙患者为研究对象。按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组应用珊瑚骨粉,观察组在对照组基础上加用CGF。记录两组一般资料,比较两组愈合情况、窦底高度变化、骨厚度及骨密度。结果:观察组Ⅰ期愈合率(92.16%)高于对照组(76.47%),观察组愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组窦底高度变化优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后即刻,两组骨厚度及骨密度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6、12个月,观察组骨厚度及骨密度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CGF联合珊瑚骨粉在前牙美学区骨增量中发挥着良好的临床效果,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of concentrated growth factor(CGF)combined with coral bone powder in bone increment implantation of anterior teeth aesthetic area.Methods Total of 102 patients with edentulous dentition with insufficient bone mass in the anterior teeth aesthetic area were selected from August 2017 to August 2019.According to the random number method,the patients were divided into the control group(n=51)and the observation group(n=51).The control group was treated with coral bone powder,and the observation group was treated with CGF on the basis of the control group.The general information of the two groups was recorded,and the healing condition,the change of sinus floor height,bone thickness and bone density were compared between the two groups.Results The first-stage healing rate of the observation group(92.16%)was higher than that of the control group(76.47%),and the healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The change of sinus floor height in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Immediately after operation,there was no significant difference in bone thickness and bone density between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 and 12 months after operation,the bone thickness and bone density of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CGF combined with coral bone powder plays a good clinical effect in bone increment implantation of anterior teeth aesthetic area,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
